Operational Coordinator
Duties
- Managing YCUD’s day-to-day operations, including information-sharing and administration
- Supporting YCUD’s BOARD to organize meetings and documentations.
- Developing policies (staff, finance, recruitment, anti-corruption, gender, communication among NGO’s members)
- Maintain staff records and profiles such as personal profile, leave records, personal improvement records, appreciation and warning records, etc.
- Handle queries on all record of staffing.
- Administer various HR plans and procedures for all YCUD staffs.
- Manage required HR reports.
- Administer various HR plans and personal improvement/training for all YCUD staffs.
- Development and implementation of HR procedures.
- Administer hiring and termination process such as on-boarding orientation, exit interviews etc.
- Coordinating consultative meetings with key stakeholders, including mock youth parliament debates and dialogues.
- Writing weekly, quarterly and annual reports
- Developing activity plans and advise on advocacy strategy and plan for advocacy officer
- Other tasks required by the Board of Directors.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree, MBA or Law in Human Resource Management or equivalent or in related fields;
- At least 4 years in human resource management and similar field;
- Excellent in written and spoken English and Khmer;
- Experience in managing and organizing staff or an office.
- Willing to learn, improve knowledge and continue learning.
- Flexible working times and ability to work under deadline requirement.
- Ability to build good inter-personal relationships
- Proficiency in use of e-mail, MS PowerPoint, MS Word and Advanced MS Excel in English and Khmer Fonts;
- Demonstrated willingness to work with others in an interactive team setting.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, team building skills and reliable.
- Experience with NGOs is an advantage.

Finance/Administration Officer
Duties
- Manage administrative sector maintain a safe and secure work environment.
- Edit and put in the correct format to all important external letters, correspondence, appointment letters, and documents.
- Control and maintain all fixed assets.
- Control and maintain all fixed assets.
- Prepare budget for projects proposal development and implementation
- Checks and prepared payment (All Expenses in organization)
- Prepares financial Report to Donor
- Check cash receipts during clearing
- Prepares payment vouchers
- Book keeping
- Clearing advance for all projects.
- Cash management for all projects
- Cash Reconciliation.
- Prepare budget for project implementation
- Prepared and Transfer fund to NGOs members for activities
- Prepares Bank Reconciliation
- Prepares monthly fund balance
- Check and review all request from projects
- Prepared bank request and withdraw note
- Check and review cash request
- Check and review fund received
- Filling (Both software and Hardware)
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in accounting/finance
- At least two years financial accounting experience;
- Fair in written and spoken English and Khmer;
- Proficiency in use of e-mail, MS PowerPoint, MS Word and Advanced MS Excel in English and Khmer Fonts;
- Proficiency in Quick Book Program and demonstrated willingness to work with others in an interactive team setting.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, team building skills and reliable.
- Flexible and ability to work under time pressure.
- Experience with NGOs is an advantage.
